Allow up to 2 hours for your vehicle service, depending on which level/type of service scheduled.

Not necessarily. As long as we can be provided with a key for the car we can proceed whether you are there or not.

Almost all of our diagnostic work starts with an initial one hour assessment at which a visual inspection is performed, along with some basic testing, and perhaps a computer scan. The information gathered in this hour may lead us to a determination, or it may indicate that a more in-depth investigate is necessary. At this point our technician will consult with you, giving you his findings and discussing the next steps.

We do ask that you do your best to provide a safe environment for our technician to work in. The vehicle is best on a flat, stable surface, off the road. If conditions are less than ideal, please discuss this with us before our visit.

We are a light automotive service, meaning we work on regular passenger cars, SUVs, vans, and some light-commercial vehicles.

We serve the greater Whanganui area. This includes Whanganui township and some of the surrounding rural area, e.g. Kaitoke, Brunswick, Kai Iwi. Travel outside the city may incur extra travel charges.
